The ministry derives its policy from the national health policy 2016-2026 shares the same vision of the national ministry of health which is ‘’to have healthy, vibrant and productive population , fully able to exercise its human potential to participate in human development “the mission of the ministry of health CES is ‘’ to improve the health status of the population of the state and ensure sector-wide quality health care in all counties , Payam, and Bomas in development partners and communities.
