The “E-Government System” for Central Equatoria State is the Master project established and operated through a Public Private Partnership (PPP) between the Government of The Central Equatoria State and Modern Approach Company Ltd.
The objective of this project is to digitalize services offered by the State Government to its Citizens. The citizens will enjoy the services from the government with transparency, Integrity, and efficiency.
The “E-Government System” will enhance the citizens of Central Equatoria State to communicate with various state government institutions through this platform.
The “E-Government System” will initiate with the services as stated herein below:
The website is developed as a centralized platform for the State Citizens to access the information, interact with various state government institutions via email and inquiry form.
The E-Government Centers of Central Equatoria State will be established at the suitable location of all the counties of the State. These will act as the “One Stop Solution” for the state citizens. The citizens will be able to access all the services of “E-Government System” at the E-Government Center. The Citizens will be enhanced with user training and ICT infrastructure to access the E-Government System.
This project is initiated to address the land related disputes and misunderstandings. The project will reissue all titles of the land parcels after performing the in-depth due diligence of the documents and landlords based on the government cadastral records. A set of new land document for each parcel along with GIS based coordinates, satellite view land parcel sketch and a digital land card.
This project will be established to close the leak pockets from the collection of the state revenue by establishing the cashless channel. The project will roll-out in various phases based on the administrative zones and divisions of the state government. The project will enhance transparency in the collection of the revenue.
This project is designed to improve the hygiene standards of the State. The project comprises of collection of Medical Waste in industry standard bags and containers from all the medical and pharmaceutical institutions operating in Central Equatoria State registered under the State Ministry of Health and Dispose the waste in centrally located approved medical waste disposal facility under the supervision of the State Ministry of Environment.
The Central Equatoria State Government will establish its own Bank to cater the government institution’s banking requirements as per the international banking standards practiced in the region. The bank will gradually expand to offer services to the citizens by establishing the branches throughout the state and offering agency banking facility at all the E-Government Centers. The state revenue shall be managed by the proposed Equator Bank with almost transparency and integrity.
